I recommend taking the time to complete the tests and create profiles at these sites
In my experience the recruiters there are usually responsive, the salary is often known up front and it’s easy to filter offers based on skills and remote only preferences. These are also legit work offers, and these sites are not intermediary in the employment, meaning you get hired by the actual employer and not eg. triplebyte.com.
I don’t recommend the intermediaries like lemon, toptal, turing - they take a cut off the salary and passing their tests doesn’t guarantee a job. After successfully passing their recruitment process you face another rounds of hiring and competition to actually find a project to work on. The salaries are also limited (afaik up to 5-6k USD) and not as high as when getting hired directly by the company.
Remote jobs platforms (not all are dev oriented) https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1JfNAbUX_lN9K3MCNHO15GJtJ5qpk7H9Cl3xTBwv2FR8/edit?usp=sharing
Take the time to create a plain looking CV that puts emphasis on experience and outcomes.
